Barista | Front of house

Working in a small team, you will prepare beverages and serve all customers.
You will be in charge of the bar and the floor.

Depending on your experience, you will take on the role from Trainee Barista to Cafe Manager.
Training and guidance will also be provided where necessary.

44-hour 5-day work week is can be arranged.

Preferred
Full time Barista experience of at least 1 year, with experience in multiple brewing methods, calibration and cleaning of equipment. Possess good knowledge of beverages and sensitive to nuances in flavours.
Experience in handling food such as pastries, ice cream and/or plating desserts.
Experience in alcoholic beverages such as cocktails is a bonus.
Communication in 2 languages or more.
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate.

Preferred (Managerial roles):
At least 2 years in a full time supervisory role, providing training to junior staff where necessary.
Experience in roster planning.
Experience in recruitment and performance appraisal.
Experience in promotions and marketing.
Good knowledge of F&B trends, costing and pricing.
